Earlier today, I had a technician by the name of Aaron come out to supposedly perform my scheduled service. Normally, I am home but was not today and he took advantage of that and half did his job. Luckily, I checked my camera's And saw the half done job he did and I called customer service a loan story short I ended up talking to Jacob, who was super nice and he ended up sending another technician by the name of CJ back out later that afternoon. CJ Came and went above and beyond I expected and I really appreciate that. I am enjoying my experience with Clear Defense pest control thus far and look forward to continuing that they were very patient and attentive with me as I explained everything that happened from the service earlier and I appreciate that as well
