Very professional and knowledgeable.  Would recommend this company.  Very satisfied.  I had one of the worst type of pests to get Rid of and they worked with me to get rid of them.  Impressed with the follow up calls as well to be sure everything was addressed as needed.  Chris was great! Called them to remove a mouse that was caught (once again).  Joe arrived and noticed many fire ant hills.  Before coming to the door he addressed them all!  I was thrilled.  He told me to call the company if they come back.  These were huge and appeared while I was on vacation!  He then took care of the mouse and reset trap for me!  LOVE THIS COMPANY!  Very professional and always there to take care of my pest needs! Austin is new to the company.  He is very professional and asked if there was anything he needed to address.  He informed me I was on his new route and I will be seeing more of him.  Very personable as well! Jaylen was out today to address a bug problem.  Very professional.  I think he is new with the company.  He checked mouse traps and placed glue traps down for the bugs.  Great company and highly recommend Clear Defense!  They go above and beyond! Tommy was out yesterday to address a bug problem.  He was a pleasure to work with. 9/17/26 Jacob came to perform qtrly. Great job. Told him some small webs forming but overall good between treatments. We have a lot of skinks that love the garage. Glue Boards fill up quick. He left a few when the boards fill up. Update 9/5/23 Rylend came to perform quarterly treatment. He did a very thorough job on 9/1. He found the ants and treated them. He cleared the spiders on second floor and treated. Great job. Update - 6/30/23 Kyle Mai came to perform a quarterly treatment. I explained to Kyle that I had ants revisit around the perimeter of the back of the house. He put down treatment liquid and granules. This should do the trick and I will be looking out for any return. Kyle was very informative and cordial to work with. He did his work and was on his way. He did do an exit review before he left. Ray, Adin and Brad did an excellent job on the initial extermination. All were very informative and cordial. They worked quickly but thoroughly. Great job Clear Defense! Great team job.
