He was very thorough and explained what I should be expecting over the coming weeks while it’s still warm out. Hopefully the work I did to fix some low-lying areas in my yard will reduce the standing water.

Update on 7/3/2026: Rob is the best!! I love how all the people who come out will educate me on what they are doing and how I can make changes to improve the experience. Did you know mosquitoes hang out in shrubbery more than in lawns? They don’t care for pine needles and they love ivy? I didn’t — until today. They knock down wasp nests and cobwebs around eaves and windows and they adjust the approach to improve effectiveness. Anytime I see a bug inside I can call and they will come back out. They always follow up to make sure I’m satisfied. So grateful for Clear Defense Pest. I’m a happy customer since 2015!

Jonathan was great not only with how he executed the initial service but also, how he informed and educated me along the way. He gave me the impression that he loves his work, as well as the company! Lawson, Tommy & Jacob(office) @ClearDefense Pest Control deserve recognition!
I called today and Jacob was very helpful working us into the schedule for the afternoon when our appointment schedule no longer suited the scheduled visit this morning. We were added into the afternoon and Lawson & Tommy came by to provide in between services due to some activity we had noticed. They communicated well, treated problem areas and we are looking forward to seeing the results knowing the success we've had with ClearDefense in the past!

We have been with Clear Defense Knoxville for a number of years now and Jamal was the best technician that we have ever had!  He was patient and very thorough.  We were having a garage sale at the time of his arrival and he worked around all of the things that were going on and successfully completed his service without "getting in the way."
