CJ did our home treatment today and did a thorough job. She was professional and considerate of our dogs and grandsons being in the house. I've been using ClearDefense Pest Control for the last few years. The technicians are always so polite and professional. They perform a very thorough treatment and ask what issues you may be having so they can be addressed. My technician for today was Michael. We've been using ClearDefense for a couple of years, and have seen a great improvement with pests (or lack thereof) in our house. From my first call to schedule, I appreciated the customer service and communication. Benny and Hunter both were patient and thorough in explaining the contract and what they were doing. The communication is very proactive all around.  Hunter was right on time and unlike other pest control I tried before that barely looked around and inspired no confidence, Hunter took an hour at my house to assess and treat for insects and mice. Philip Barfield always gives excellent customer service and goes that extra mile! my tech today and as usual give the best customer service. He always has a smile on his face, always on time, answers all my questions, and gave excellent customer service. The treatment was done very efficiently.  Great pest control service.  Each of my visits have been above and beyond what customer service should be.  This is why I refer my neighbors to this company.
