London was very professional, thorough, and reliable, and he handled my pest control issue quickly.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Mark T was my technician for Clear, defense pest control today. They arrive on time explained what he was going to do. And explain the chemicals he was going to use, because toddy was a Fireant treatment. We had over 100 Fire ant mounds in the yard. Clear, defense pest control policy is only to spray 30 to 35 feet from the home to control insects and fire ants. I placed a phone call for service before it got this bad and it took them to get out to look at the property because of weather. When the first technician arrived and seen all the flags, he said, he would have to have a supervisor coffee and was unable to spray anything. After the supervisor called and we talked informed that all they could do was approximately 30 to 35 feet away from the home agreed and was able to purchase product on the website do my own for treating the rest of the mountains in my yard. Mark was very professional. His supervisors were very professional. The first technician was very professional and treated me with respect and understood my concerns. Other services and maybe they will start just a fire Aunt service free yards like mine when they get overwhelming.
