However, the infestation proved to be more prevalent than we realized after we rented out our home to friends with a new baby. After a very frustrating week of the new parents not feeling safe in the home they just rented, we switched to ClearDefense Pest Control and had the reassurance of Josh that all roaches would be taken care of in three weeks. Now, three weeks later, no live roaches can be found. The customer service during the entire process was fantastic and I could talk with Josh whenever I needed to. “We moved here from Chicago about 8 months ago and signed up with one of the other guys, shortly after. We quickly found out that their services were not all inclusive and had more of an a la carte type system. Wasps, extra…..fire ants, extra…..certain spider, extra. It adds up to be a lot. When ClearDefense Pest Control came to the door and asked me to switch I jumped on it. No extra charges for this bug or that bug…..whatever you have, they will get rid of it.
