I had the first treatment and they advised there might be increased activity for a few days as the pests die out and then I should never see them again (or they come back for free). At 10 days, I noticed some cellar spiders around my basement baseboards, I called the next morning and they came out later in the day and retreated the basement! They’re extremely responsive and professional. They take the time to explain the process and answer any questions you may have!
